Life Cells[]
Life Cells are green orbs that increase Ori's max Health when picked up. Many require certain special abilities to acquire.
In Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Life Cells have been changed into Life Cell Fragments, and must be collected in pairs (that is, the player must acquire two pickups to gain one cell).
The player's available life cells are depicted as green orbs on the right-hand side of their HUD. Depleted cells take on a dark green color, and full cells take on a bright lime-green color. They resemble glowing green orbs with a white tree inscribed upon them.
Trivia[]
- Life Cells, while increasing the displayed health by one unit, actually increase the player's health by 4 units in Ori and the Blind Forest (for a total of 60 max health) and 10 units in Ori and the Will of the Wisps (for a total of 200 max health). These differ from Energy Cells, which only increment the associated value by 1 when collected (capping at 15 in Blind Forest and 20 in Will of the Wisps).
